A perfect viewing experience relies upon your network access and device capabilities. The experience will be based on your location, internet capacity, the number of devices connected to the same network, the content you have chosen, and the configuration of the device you are using. Subsequently, GermanIPTV4K cannot make any guarantees about the content in these regards.

Sharing a subscription is not permitted. You can only have one active stream open at any given time. However, by purchasing extra connections, you can watch on multiple devices at the same time.
In order to make a purchase, you will need to follow the ordering procedures described via the service. Pricing details for services and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed via the service and are subject to change without notice.
The number of channels and movies in the VOD library may change based on updates performed regularly.
In extension of our rights to end or suspend your access, you acknowledge that your access and usage of the services may be suspended due to sudden or unscheduled downtime or unavailability of any portion or all of the services for any reason.
All communications and notices under this Agreement shall be made in the English language.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate or limit your use of the services or access to content at any time, without notice or liability, if GermanIPTV4K determines, at its sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms or violated any law, rule, or regulation.
The GermanIPTV4K logo and all related marks, graphics, and scripts are trademarks of GermanIPTV4K. None of these trademarks may be copied, downloaded, or otherwise used without prior written consent.
All sales are final and non-refundable.
Refunds may be provided solely at our discretion in cases where:
Refunds are subject to an administrative fee and do not apply to the current or previous active months. Those months will be charged at full price and deducted from any refund issued.
